Perhaps you or a loved one is unable to attend Mass, perhaps due to surgery, chronic illness, or difficulty in mobility. It is important that each parishioner knows they are part of our community, even when not able to actively participate. Each of us is in need of Christ’s presence in our lives. Ministers of Care bring the Eucharist to the homebound and offer prayer.
